What BondTrak is, and who sees each bond.
What is BondTrak?
BondTrak puts every surety bond on one shared record. A QR code printed on the bond lets any party verify it and acknowledge it, from signing through release.
Do I need an account to verify a bond?
No. Scanning the QR code is free and needs no login. You see the bond's details and current status right away.
Who can see each bond?
There are four role-scoped account types: agency, client or contractor, obligee, and surety. Each sees the same record, scoped to their own bonds.

How does a bond get a QR code?
When you create the bond in BondTrak, you pull the number from your registry, enter it by hand, or let BondTrak issue one. You get the tracked record, a printable QR sheet, and the public scan page together.
Which bond types are supported?
Every standard bond type, and you can rename and reorder them to fit your book.
Do riders and renewals stay connected to the bond?
Yes. Riders and renewals each get their own number and QR and land on the parent bond's timeline, and amendments are recorded on that same timeline.
Scanning & Records
What happens when someone scans, and what gets logged.
How does someone acknowledge a bond?
They scan the QR from any device, pick their role, and acknowledge it. The acknowledgment is timestamped, and they can attach a photo of the bond in hand, so there is no signature pad to manage.
Is every action recorded?
Yes. Every acknowledgment, status change, and public scan is logged in order, with who and when.

How much does BondTrak cost?
Clients, contractors, and owners start at $25 a month. Agencies and sureties start at $150 a month. Every paid plan includes unlimited users, annual plans come with a discount, and a QR scan is always free. Enterprise pricing is custom. These are introductory rates.
